Courses run 4 times a year
L1 - Fresh to yoga - learn the basics of yoga at
any easy pace, suitable for everyone
L1+ you may have done a few classes here and there but never really covered the basics, or for those who have done a L1 course who are don't feel ready to move to L2. They are also suitable for complete beginners as the classes are small enough to provide lots of attention where needed.
L2 - Comfortable with
the basics and willing to try some new moves
L3 - For those who enjoy a more challenging class and willing to try/work towards some advanced poses
ML - Suitable wherever you are on your yoga
journey
MB - Mum and baby yoga - suitable
from 8 weeks to crawling
P - Pre-natal Yoga – helps maintain
health and vitality throughout your pregnancy
